There are 3 tiers: Cadet, Officer and Captain. The points add up and you need to hit a minimum number of points to be entitled for relevant incentives: Cadet - no minimum Officer - min. 300,000 Captain- min. 700,000 To be eligible for incentives, you will need to be an active driver. An active driver needs to have at least 75 deliveries a month, with at least 1 job for 15 days of the month. For 3 months of inactivity, your tier will be reclassified to a lower level and your points will be adjusted to the lowest points of a given level e.g.: if you are a captain with 800,000 points today and you have been inactive for 3 months; you will be reduced to 300,000 points and will be reclassified as Officer For 6 months of inactivity, your tier will be reclassified to Cadet and your points will be adjusted to 0 e.g.: if you are a captain with 800,000 points today and you have been inactive for 6 months; you will be reduced to 0 points and will be reclassified as Cadet For more details on incentives, check out the Incentives Programme tab.

Delivery

There is no limit to the number of jobs you can take. The more jobs you do, the higher your earning will be!

Yes, you can take up to 6 jobs at once. However, you are advised to do this with caution as the deliveries are time-sensitive.

There is no uniform provided by Teleport for the time being. However, there is a complimentary t-shirt available for all delivery partners. Please wear the t-shirt and have your mask on for your deliveries.

You may purchase your delivery gear here. Once you execute the bank transfer, you may proceed to collect your delivery gear. Details for collection are as below:

Covid-19

You may find your letter under the Bell icon in Teleportal in the top left of the app.

Always have your mask on, and ensure contactless delivery. If delivery is to multi-level buildings, please leave the parcel / item on ground floor for customers to self-collect.

  1. Identify your situation based on the guideline here.
  2. If you fall under Category 2 and above, inform Hub Lead on duty.
  3. Visit a health assessment centre and schedule for a PCR test as soon as possible.

For active drivers, you will be entitled for reimbursement of PCR test and Hospital Income Plan.

  1. Submit PCR test results to Hub Lead and reimbursement will be provided up to RM200 (Cadet), RM250 (Officer) or RM300 (Captain)
  2. Submit your hospitalisation bill so you can be entitled for the Hospital Income Plan amounting to RM80/day.

Cadet > 7 days Officer > 10 days Captain > 14 days

Incentives Programme

Yes! Announcements for Top Delivery Partner for the month happens by the last week of the month. Performance will be based upon the number of points you successfully accumulate between 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month.

Accident & Insurance

If you are a recognised active driver and have received an SMS notification on your status and eligibility for the month, yes.

Do note, you do not need to be on duty to make the following claims:

  • Personal Accident
  • Covid-19 Positive + Hospitalisation Allowance

For Food/Gadget damage, you would need to prove that you were in the midst of delivery by providing the Tracking Number of your job.

Insurance claims are usually deposited within 1 week upon successful submission.

Medical insurance coverage for 1 spouse and up to 2 children is only available for delivery partners ranked at Captain level. All Captains are automatically eligible for this incentive, and the team will follow up with Captains for spouse and children information for these purposes.

ID90

If you are a recognised active driver and have received an SMS notification on your status and eligibility for the month, yes.

ID90 ticket includes:

  1. 90% discount rate from the base fare of your flight ticket.
  2. 20kg luggage for flights less than 4 hours, and 24kg for flights more than 4 hours.

Note: Other extra charges (ie. Airport Tax, meals, seats, etc) are not inclusive under ID90.

You cannot cancel your booking once payment for your flight is made. However, if you have yet to make your payment, you do not need to cancel your booking.

No, your ranking will be based upon the total accumulated points within your lifetime of working with Teleport. The number of points you have cashed out will have no impact on your driver tier.

For submissions before Wednesday's we will be crediting the amount the same time of the week you usually receive your delivery payout. For submissions on or after Wednesday's, you will be receiving the amount the following week.
