As the manager of the Control Tower team, I am in charge of the discussions and decision-making for the team. The team is responsible for ensuring that the Operations team can operate smoothly and efficiently. I am directly involved in troubleshooting the possible issue and provide solutions and suggestions to implement for the betterment of our services.
I manage the Air Operations team in Malaysia. Our team ensures that all of Teleport’s cargo shipments are handled in accordance with our standards and procedures. As the backbone of the company, working in Air Operations requires hard work, focus and passion. Though driving a group of people may be challenging, I greatly enjoy being a mentor to the team.
Being part of the Air Operations team is a great opportunity. As part of my commitment, I see to my responsibilities and guarantee to deliver the best service to our customers. My team and I work closely with partner shippers and terminal operators. We also handle all cargo shipments with care and in accordance with set procedures. It’s exciting to work with energetic and enthusiastic people.
Being a content lead means constantly being on my toes and learning on the go. As a creative, I indulge in having no two identical days. Whether it’s creating brand collaterals, revamping social media content, designing car wraps or exploring plane liveries, there's always a ready canvas to work on. Keeping up with marketing touch points isn’t for the weak-hearted but it’s exciting too.
I’m involved with planning our customer acquisition strategy and developing the delivery service road-map. This role has also allowed me to be involved in various exciting projects that I’ve gotten to execute from beginning to end; from initiating the idea, to project planning, to managing stakeholders, and monitoring the impact in real-time.
My role in Sales & Management Support is putting customers first to meet their expectations. I support the management and team members in pricing, marketing, sales and operations to ensure everything is handled and finalised in a timely manner. I try to give my best everyday as part of #TeamTeleport.
