For all vehicle types, payout is RM1 for every kilometre driven. Our drivers can earn up to RM2,000 on a weekly basis with 8-10 hours of driving.
Your payment will be directly deposited into your bank account on a weekly basis by the end of Friday/Sunday.
There is no limit to the number of jobs you can take. The more jobs you do, the higher your earning will be!
Yes, you can take up to 6 jobs at once (2 Instant & 4 Flash deliveries). However, you are advised to do this with caution as the deliveries are time-sensitive.
You will be delivering a mix of food, parcels and documents. These items generally weigh between 1 to 2 kg and can be placed on your bike or in your car. For food items, we provide carrier bags with a minimal deposit payment.
You will be qualified as an active driver if you have completed MORE THAN 75 jobs per month, and if you complete at least 1 job in 15 days within a month.
Your performance is measured using Teleport points. You will be entitled to better benefits the more points you get.
There is no uniform provided by Teleport for the time being. However, there is a complimentary t-shirt available for all delivery partners. Please wear the t-shirt with long pants (below knee) and have your mask on for your deliveries.
It is non compulsory for our delivery partners to purchase additional delivery gear. Our delivery gear includes the rider bag or chiller bag, airasia or Teleport T-shirt, and a jacket.
If the parcel/item is not ready for collection within 10 minutes of arrival, please inform our hub lead.

Currently, delivery partners will not be able to cancel orders within the application. If you need to cancel your order, please inform our hub lead on the cancellation and provide your reason for cancellation.

In the event you are caught violating our guidelines, we will proceed to investigate the incident and will take appropriate actions accordingly. If your account is suspended, you can appeal via this form. Your response will be reviewed by our Community Team.
