  1. Teleport is the logistics venture of airasia Digital and is the sole and exclusive Cargo Master General Sales Agent (GSA) for the AirAsia group of airlines.

  2. Incorporated as RedCargo Logistics Sdn Bhd on 13th March 2018, acquired affiliate Redbox Logistics Sdn Bhd on 26th September 2018 and renamed the combined group to Teleport on 30th April 2019.

  3. Four primary focus areas of business:

  • Connecting across as many cities into and around Southeast Asia with an end to end logistics process from first to last mile- leveraging from the airasia network of flights via its belly space, our dedicated freighter, modified planes and last mile fleet.
  • A seamless customer experience via products that enable everyone, from large businesses to SMEs and consumers - access to our logistics infrastructure and technologies.
  • Establishing a wider ecosystem to collaborate, either through investing, partnering or integrating technology platforms.
  • To be a leader in providing the fastest and cheapest under 24 hour cross border delivery in the Southeast Asia region.

  2. We have exclusive access to AirAsia’s network of more than 125 cities and 10,000 weekly flights across the Asia Pacific and 164 countries via our interline partners to North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.*

  3. Due to the pandemic where international borders remain closed, we are currently utilizing a total of eight (8) dedicated AirAsia passenger aircrafts for cargo-only flights including the use of passenger cabins, which increases the cargo capacity for each aircraft by 30%.

  4. Teleport has also modified two (2) AirAsia A320 passenger aircrafts, with seats removed for increased capacity which are based out of Teleport’s strategic hubs in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur.

  5. Delivered USD 113.7 million in revenue during the financial year 2019 and USD 66 million revenue in 2020.

  6. We have invested in technology, with the goal to deliver in under 24 hours as standard anywhere within Southeast Asia. Airports are at the heart of this ability to do so.

  7. Teleport is now providing deliveries in 77 cities across five countries - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines with over a total of 3,720 onboarded delivery partners and growing!

  8. We currently have over 400 staff and are estimated to expand by approximately 500 staff by the end of 2021.
